In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information: a) the Company is seeking the trading halt pending an announcement in relation to a proposed capital raising to fund (amongst other things) the recently announced investigator sponsored study with Vanderbilt Health and to allow the proposed capital raising to take place in an orderly fashion; b) the Company requests that the trading halt last until the earlier of the Company releasing an announcement in relation to the proposed capital raising and the commencement of trading on 1 September 2026; c) the Company anticipates that the trading halt will cease on it making the announcement in relation to the proposed capital raising; d) the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted; and e) the Company is not aware of any further information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
